Today was my first day back to work at the flower shop since the Christmas rush. I decided to take my camera and get a few shots over my lunch break. I must say that the lighting in the shop is terrible, and it is very hard to find a blank wall for a good backdrop. I am not sure the grayish wall does this vase justice, but it was it was the best spot I could find.

A dish I found in the office:

I decided to try a few macros. Nothing great cause it is so dark in there. I had my ISO up to 400, and my fstop was at 3.5 and SS around 60, so I had to work with using selective focus in these.
The first two are a Stargazer lily:

Stargazer lily is one of my mom's favorites.. great work on the macros and selective focus... As for that dish you found... I LOVE IT! :)

Well that explains it...I wondered where you got all the beautiful flowers! I thought you were a natural green thumb with all that stuff growing around the house! :c)

Lovely macro work - nice that you are able to snap them while they're really fresh.
I didn't know you worked at a flower shop. Cool. No wonder you have so many flowers around to take photos of.
