Photography Scavenger Hunt

Creative Crafts and Stickers, a scrapbooing website, that my SIL belongs to was having a creepy autumn crop this weekend. One of the events was a photography scavenger hunt. After a little prompting from Ally, I decided to join in and challenge myself to get interesting pictures of things on my list which were things that I would not often take pictures of. The only rule was it had to be a new picture, taken between Thursday morning and tonight midnight.

I have to say it was a real challenge and tonnes of fun at the same time.

Here are some of my pictures. the items on the list included many fall things, such as fall leaves, a farm fence, pumpkins, gourds, wagons, rakes and so on. There were also some more random items such as rubber boots, ice skates, and a wine bottle with two wine glasses.

We are officially into the fall season. Even though it did not feel like it with all the hot humid weather last week, the leaves where still changing colour, and now, finally some more seasonal temperatures are upon us.

World Card Making Day

In honour of world card making day, I thought I would post a picture of one of the many cards that DD makes for DH and myself.

This is the outside of the card. She likes to paint both the front and back of the card.



Here is the inside of the card. Notice her stamping and inking techniques. Also, check out her use of embellishments.


Oh, I am going to have more than a shoe box full of these, cause I love them all so much, how could I ever get rid of any of them.
