Fraser, BC

On the way to Skagway traveling along highway 2, you pass from the Yukon into Northern British Columbia and then into Southeast Alaska.  The terrain along the highway between Fraser BC and the US Border Patrol Office was quite unique.  It is all rock, covered in moss and lichen with a few scrub trees and winding rivers of turquoise blue separating the rocks.

I am not sure I have seen anything quite like it before.  It so unique and beautiful though.

I did not get a chance to take any picture on the way to Skagway, and as luck would have it, it was raining on the way home, so it was rather overcast and dark, but I hope you still enjoy the pictures.
