12 of 12 for 2012 January

A fellow photographer, Amy inspired me to do the 12 of 12 challenge this year.  I thought it was such a cool idea when I saw it on her blog.  So basically all you need to do is take 12 pictures on the 12th of each month and then post them to share with others.  They can be pictures of anything, and everything.   This month I sort of stuck with a winter/snowflake theme.

From left to right starting with the top row.
1.  My skiing snowman decoration.  The tree is down, but the snowman at still all out, but after all it is winter.
2.  A snowflake decoration
3.  Votive candle holder with a snowflake on it.
4.  A couple of snow covered pine trees.
5.  Hot chocolate with snowflake marshmallows.  The perfect winter drink!
6.  Icicles
7.  Close up of the snowflake decoration in 2 to show you how glittery it is.
8.  The snow on the balcony railing.
9.  A different glittery snowflake decoration.
10.  The scene on my decorative kleenx box.
11.  My figure skates.  Skating is a very big thing here in the winter.
12.  Just a different view of my hot chocolate with the home made snowflake marshmallows
