After the Rain

After the week of heavy rains, the clouds parted and out came the sun.  It was a beautiful, sunny warm weekend here.  The water was still flowing down off the mountains, so the road crews still had their challenges but the sunshine helped. 

I thought I would share a few picture from around town on Friday.

I saw another picture of this lot from Thursday when the water was up to the bumper of the white truck.

Our newest form of transportation is case of emergencies.

Part of the challenge is that the greens are floating so they tend to move on you.

The road crews are busy working on the bridge and hope to have a temporary one in place by the weekend.
