Great Little Guy

Mr L decided to make his appearance a week early, so unfortunately I was not able to photograph him quite as early as I usually do, but when I was finally able to take his picture, he was the perfect little angel.

I just love it when they smile.

Look at his little toes peeking out from behind his elbow. So cute!

What a great moment.

She said "She Missed Playing in the Mud"

Last weekend after the rain, E saw the dog playing in the mud, and thought maybe she should join her. Now, if any of you have followed my blog for a long time, you will remember that my daughter loved to play in the mud when she was younger, but has not for quite a while now. Seeing the dog in the mud must have triggered some sort of memory for her.

Here she is with the instigator and partner in crime:

More Signs of Spring

I thought I would share some of the recent pictures I have taken of all the buds, and emerging leaves on the trees, as well as those early spring flowers that have bloomed.

Toy Photography

Toy photography is a new challenge from the fabulous ladies over at Two Photogs. The idea is just to take pictures of toys. Now if you get looking around on Flickr and some photography sites you can definitely find some great photographers who very creative photographing toys. I am afraid mine are not all that creative, but cute none the less. I mean have you ever seen a cuter ladybug than this??

Yes, these are my DD's lastest obsession, and I mean really who can blame her, they are just so darn cute with those huge eyes and oversized bobble heads.

Balloons, a Lollipop plus One Energetic Little Boy....

......and some fantastic weather for the beginning of April made for a very fun afternoon.

Little Mr B is such a fun loving easy going little guy, that I think I could have stayed and photographed him all day, but then again I might have worn out my welcome by then too.

He positively squealed with delight and jumped all around with these balloons until every last one of them popped.

He managed to squeeze in a few hugs for Mom,

and even paused for a moment for a picture with her,

and then it was off again in all his cuteness.

Then came the lollipop! I think it was just as much fun as the balloons, even if it did break.

Thanks so much for a great afternoon B and T.
