Congratulations to My Graduates and ALL the Graduates Out There

Sorry to have neglected my blog yet again, but the last week of school was just so busy with all the typically year end activities, pus 2 graduations. Yes, both my babies graduated this year (sniff, sniff).


In typically McGillivray fashion grade 8 graduation was once again held on the hottest, most humid day of the year, but all the graduates still looked great!

Little Miss E also graduated from Senior Kindergarten this year. It is off to grade one and school every day in September.

Froggie Friend

While swimming the other day, E found this little cutie sunning himself at the edge of the pool. I have never seen a frog quite like this around here before, he was so small and a much lighter green that you typically see. He also had the suction cup type feet like a tree frog, not the usual pond frogs we find. Not sure where he came from, but he was cute.

After the rain

I just thought I would share a few pictures I took the other morning after it had rained through the night.

I was so excited to receive the phone call from Jackie Ludlage, at Canadian Scrapbooker informing me that I had won the "Celebration Photo Contest" in honour of the 3rd anniversary of their wonderful scrapbooking magazine!

Mr K's Family

I just wanted to share a few of Mr K's beautiful family. Now you can see why he is such a gorgeous newborn, he comes from a beautiful family.

Gorgeous Newborn

I know there has been some serious blog neglect on my part, as I have been extremely busy with a project, which is almost complete, but I still cannot share just yet. Hopefully, soon I will be able to share some of it with you. In the mean time, here are some images for a gorgeous newborn I recently photographed.

Happy Easter Everyone

Gosh, I can hardly believe that it has been almost a month since I last posted. Life has been busy, but I will do my best to get back and post some more pictures sooner next time. In the mean time, I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter, and enjoys their long weekend.

One of My Favorite Flowers

One of my favorite flowers has to be the ranunculus. I just adore all those layers upon layers of petals and the way they unfold themselves so beautifully to reveal the centre of the flower.

My Little Covergirl

Finally it is little "E's" turn to be on the cover of a magazine! I just love the way this cover turned out! I think the custom paper that Cathie made is perfect for these pictures. Love that froggie stamp too!
