The road to Hana is without a doubt the most famous drive on Maui and quite likely all of Hawaii. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking as you drive the road to Hana with its 600 turns and many, many single lane bridges.

Hibiscus in Hawaii
The hibiscus came in single blooms and nice ruffled double blooms. The colours were amazing too, from white to bright pink to the pastel mauve on we saw.
Here are just a few of the many hibiscus we saw.

Ah, Hawaii
What can I say, Hawaii was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of it!!!
I cannot believe another month has passed though without me posting. I had saved several posts in the drafts to post while we were away in Hawaii, but Blogger did some updating and unfortunately those drafts were lost by the time I tried to post them. Without access to any of my pictures while we were away it made creating a new post difficult. I will have to post those drafts as some point, but for now I thought I would start to share some of my many pictures from our wonderful vacation in Maui.
Aloha from Maui
A close up of one of the palm trees.
The Traveler Palm. They reminded me of huge fans, and they by far have to be my favourite kind of palm tree. So fun to photograph too!
Finally, one of the condo where were stayed. The grounds were beautiful and I loved waking up with the fragrance of flowers in the air.
